Community Outreach

Family Outreach Center has a long history of reaching out into the community to lead the way in promoting healthy family living.  Our goal is to provide a variety of programs and resources that address the community needs while exploring inovative and creative approaches that will positively impact the individuals and families in our community.

In today's economy we understand the stress that change can have in the lives of people therefore impacting the community.  Our community outreach efforts lend an opportunity to link with organizations, programs and people to identify needs and collaborate to provide solutions.

In addition to our program services we serve with various collaborative efforts such as:

• Community Stakeholders Association (CSA)
• Grant Rapids Response Team
• D.A. Big Brothers Big Sisters Amachi Program
• Interdenominational Ministerial Alliamce (Faith Based Collaborative)
